Seafood restaurant we had lobster and was not worth returning for. The steak restaurant and hibachi are the best restaurants on premises with the Mexican restaurant at third. Now for food, morning and lunch is just buffet with the Italian restaurant offering lunch only for club members, I’m Italian and this was mediocre at best. After going around the premises you can see a lot of aging in such a new hotel, paint that’s been retouched, silicone repairs, the elevator lcd display damaged, for a resort that pretty new, it hasn’t been greatly taken care of. Immediately we enter and it was dirty, floor had wet foot marks, some hair in the floor and jacuzzi was dirty. A few hours pass and we goto the the room, accompanied by my butler(which that was the only time I saw her) 3106 which is the club side. The resort does have exclusive bathrooms to shower and get dressed before getting your room which was great. I emailed a complaint and not a word back like they could care less. I was willing to pay for access or what ever extra fees, I wanted to keep my room and they would not let me. They gave me attitude when I wanted to talk to a manager, then never even got to talk to a manager after waiting over 30 minutes.I wanted to keep my room and just pay extra for the access that they don’t say you won’t have on the site when booking. They wouldn’t even get me a manager to help me I ended up DOWN grading for 60$ more a night just to have access to the other side.I showed them that the room they were trying to charge me more for was literally cheaper on the site than the room I paid for, and they said “well it’s not cheaper here”.Probably won’t be back just because of that. Just to be caught off guard with no adult access. They then Made me pay $180 usd more for a room that was CHEAPER(and smaller)on the site, just to have adult access. Even more unique is the luxurious massage shower with a one-way mirror facing the rest of the room, an unusual design element that adds to the sexy, intimate vibe.Front desk in the mornings were very rude when I had an issue with my room.I showed up and Was NOT greeted with a hot towel or a drink like the site says. Dark-wood floors, furniture inspired by vintage travel trunks, and plush, velvety fabrics make the rooms feel cozy and familiar, which is a nice respite from the garish neon lights of the Strip. The rooms are almost defiantly intimate-a complete departure from so many sterile, corporate hotels.
